my hair is naturally medium blonde.

i dyed it lighter and it looks almost yellow.

and its soo unnatural.

i just want the color to fade to my natural hair

so it can look normal again.

i dont want to re dye it because

if i do then its gonna be the 3rd color in 4 days.

not good.

does it strip the color?

and what EXACTLY should i do for the best results?

its kinda true ALL shampoo eventually fades the colour but i did notice mi highlights faded after i used it so it might fade more

once u dye ur hair hair u can never go back to ur normal hair color but the color will fade really well after a long time. Don't worry about it too much. don't put too much shampoo to get the color out.

Yes Head and shoulder does strip color but since you lighted it there is nothing to take out. this would only work if it was too dark. What you are going to need to do is tone it with a demi color. There is also the option of color depositing conditioners. Because you hair is too yellow you need a blue violet deposit. Aveda Blue Malva Condition works really well and will take out the yellow but still will not make your hair darker and back to its natural color . I recomend going to a salon. I'ma stylist and see this all the time its an easy fix
